Sound healing is the use of the energy from sound waves to create a change in the energy flow of a living being or environment. It is a form of subtle energy healing that works on the physical, mental, emotional, and etheric bodies.
We offer individual sound healing sessions, group sound baths, and custom sessions that feature gemstone-infused crystal singing bowls, select musical instruments, and the human voice.
Individual sessions and sound baths are provided in the lovely seaside town of Edmonds, Washington. Take time to slow down and rediscover your human be-ingness though the beauty and power of sound.

Sound and Light Guided Journey
90 Minutes
A guided journey that elevates, yet grounds you in the truth of who you really are. Follow the voice and singing bowls and be transported to places where you can receive what your heart, mind, body, and spirit need. Sit in community and be led through this beautiful vibrational experience.
Note: Just bring yourself and water to drink for after the journey. We provide chairs.
Space is held for 15 adults.
Held quarterly to honor the Spring and Fall Equinoxes, Summer and Winter Solstices.
Friday or Saturday evenings at 7:00 p.m., Sunday afternoons at 4:00 p.m.

Sacred Waves Sound Bath
90 Minutes
A group amplifies the beauty and power of sound. While there’s no water, sound waves will “wash” over you. Drift to a place where your mind quiets, your body rests, and your emotions calm. Feel the deep relaxation that creates space to reconnect with the wholeness of you.
Sacred Waves Sound Baths include:
• Intention setting
• Breathwork
• Gemstone-infused crystal singing bowls
• Vocals
• Grounding work
Note: Just bring yourself and water to drink for after the sound bath. We provide everything else.
Space is held for 6 adults.
Held twice a month on select dates (once a month June - August):
• Saturdays: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Sundays: 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Custom Sound Sessions
Bring the beauty and power of sound to two or more people. A perfect choice for a family, group retreat, or businesses. Features crystal singing bowls, select sound instruments, and the human voice. Session length varies based on your needs and may include breathwork instruction, meditation, visioning, and guided journeys.
